All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please use the Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with step by step instructions.
Returns within 30 days of shipment will result in a 30% restocking fee. Subject to returned product in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. No returns after 30 days, unless completed warranty card and plumber invoice has been received.
