I have used this valve for more than 10 years. No fault found and purchased a brand new second valve for my new hot water tank. It's an excellent choice to save water and avoid property damage

    A great idea and support!

This shut off valve is a great idea, well made and the Company stands behind them. We have one on each water heater. It provides a mechanical water shutoff and peace of mind.

Great product. For the last 3 years I installed about 30-35 of them and no complaint whatsoever. Always great customer service and quick response.

    Best Invention Ever!

Posted by Allison Kendrick on Jan 2nd 2020

Like many other customers, I found this device installed on a hot water heater only after the water heater had broken. I purchased my house from a contractor who must have discovered this device in his 30 years in the construction business. I had four different plumbers come to evaluate what was wrong with my water heater, and each plumber was completely in awe of this thing once they figured out how it worked.
I insisted that we buy a new one and install it on my replacement water heater, and now that I'm writing this, I'm going to buy some more to take with me in future moves. These things are an incredible way to save yourself from disaster. They are easy to install and ingenious.
