We ship continental United States (Website Orders), for orders outside the U.S. please contact sales@wagsvalve.com. Customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping and handling, customs, taxes and required to provide your shipper account number and credit card.
Important note on your "Ship To" address: Products cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns within 30 days of shipment will result in a 30% restocking fee. Subject to returned product in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. No returns after 30 days, unless completed warranty card and plumber invoice has been received.
